Took awhile to connect with someone, the phone calls are sourced out to a group from the Philippines. I was worried about waiting all-day for someone to pick my wheelchair up. Anyway, the driver arrived before the whole day was over. It was quick, thank you.

This company's staff is curteous and very helpful. My every question was answered by knowlegable staff. I had call several other providers of DME, and found their staff subpar compared this company.
