I have lived here for 1 year and resigned for a second year. West 77 has the nicest and most professional staff I have encountered. The units and building are very nice and clean. The entire office staff is really helpful and understanding. Also incredible location and views. I highly recommend west 77, Excellent experience!

My maintenance experience was excellent. A simple problem with my blinds not lining up properly was completely resolved within 48 hrs. I got a brand new balcony door screen in the process. The engineer was punctual, polite, and prepared. Overall the inconvenience was minimal and the end result was exactly what I wanted.
