Beatris, the cashier had an attitude and belittled me over a sale that they were having. Kept rolling her eyes at me and smacking her lips as well as talking to me like I was slow or something. Had an attitude problem and asked me if I had a problem. "If you dont put in the magic number (phone number I'm guessing due to sarcasm) then you won't get the magic (the discount)" all her words. The worst Walgreens I've ever been too and interacted with. Had surgery, dropped off my prescription post-op with my insurance, get a call 2 hours later that they were having trouble with insurance billing. I call back, wait on hold for 30 minutes, get transferred and hung up. Call back, same, talk to robot voice and again transferred and hung up. Then they lose the sheet with my prescription on it so can't transfer it...I end up calling my doctor back and have them call it right in to a different store. THIS WAS SERIOUSLY the worst CS I've ever dealt with. My problem was just passed around from staff to staff because no one wanted to deal with or couldn't...such a great experience right after surgery.

Illegal vendors outside at night People parking in handicap zone who don't belong there. Long lines inside at night. What a mess!!!Run it right staff it right or close it.

The employees are very nice and helpful, especially the blonde young gentleman at the cashier. Usually stocked up only downer is the pharmacy can take 10+ minutes.

Came to pick up my prescription that my doctor had ordered since the morning. Took forever to get it !!! There were like 5 people in line, waited almost half hour to get my medicine that was already waiting for me because they didn't had the appropriate staff scheduled, if the pharmacy is always busy why do they not have enough staff!! My food was waiting for me in my car all cold already! So inconvenient! Slow Walgreens, under staff, it's horrible ....

The worst employees at this location very unprofessional,rude and they are the slowest. The Pharmacy is beyond horrible !! I would give no stars if possible , as I'm sitting here waiting for service they walk past you in the drive thru look and keep going. The excuses are endless of why they took so long to get to you. Training on customer service would be awesome !!

SLOW.SLOW.SLOW AND SLOW!!!!! DID I MENTION HOW SLOW THE PHARMACY IS? WELL, THEY ARE SLOW!!! Absolutely ridiculous to sit 15 min in a drive-thru behind only 1 car, finally get to the window to be told to hold on another 10 min. This was the drop off procedure and picking up that 1 prescription was the same wait time. Walgreens either needs to hire staff that actually want to work and value their jobs and train the employees about proper customer service. This location has been like this for years and it's only getting worse. ( I have asked if it would be better to actually walk into the store. I was told it's the same wait time.) Unprofessional staff and unbelievably SLOW pharmacy.

everything in this store is expired or near-expiring. honestly surprised the health department hasn't shut them down yet. oh and you pay 150% of the msrp.

If you're dropping off packages for Fedex, this is the worse location. They forget about the packages and then blame in on fedex. I called and complained to fedex about my overnight package sitting at fedex for two days and they told me that Walgreens just doesn't give them to the driver. Worse customer service!
