I don’t think there’s a word that fully expresses how awful this Walgreens pharmacy is. By far THE WORST Walgreens in the city. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for years and have attempted to use this Walgreens as my local pharmacy for years but no more. There is ALWAYS a problem filling a prescription. The line is ALWAYS 20 min long. I came in on Saturday to pick up a prescription at 9am when the pharmacy supposedly opens. They decided to wait until 9:15 to open AND neither of my prescriptions were ready. I’m so disgusted with this pharmacy I hope it closes. I hate this place so much I’m shaking. NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY.

This store always have lines no workers. The pharmacy is terrible went there two days in a row to pick up medication and they close talking about meal breaks and corporate rules. If that's true let the customers know... The fact that the pharmacy close at 10 why the staff breaking at 7 pm .. I'm moving my pharmacy elsewhere... At some point that store will loose so much money and those staff members will be out of jobs .

I CALLED THIS LOCATION TO GET MY Precriotions TRANSFERED AND WHO EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE AND TOOK DOWN MY INFORMATION NEVER CALLED CVS. So I decided to call CVS and asked them to help me even tho it's not their job. We get the prescriptions transferred I go into my local walgreens and the pharmacy is closed because the pharmacy techs all walked out. The woman in front of me was screaming about how they shouldn't be closed so i guess the pharmacist decided to run the show by himself. He pulled up my medicine and confirmed they had it but nobody filled the prescription. He told me i would get a text message when it's been completed. This was originally on Friday. Sunday comes and nobody in the damn pharmacy has a clue what's going on and cvs couldn't resend it because it was already sent over. I will never in my life send another prescription to WALGREENS. You do not deserve business and I WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT.

Only thing convenient is the location, I hate to say this as a black man from the southside but soon I come in and see the entire staff look like me I know it's gonna be attitudes and shyt service!! Black people gotta do better!!

After painfully maneuvering through Walgreens’ terrible automated system to get to the brick and mortar location, the pharmacy at this location will keep you on hold for a millennium, breaking only to pick up the phone, not speak to you, and immediately put your back on hold. It is impossible to speak with someone without entering the building.

Terrible.. you could never get the pharmacy on the phone. There is always 3 callers ahead of you. You wait for almost 30 minutes just for someone to pick up and hang up on you
