I made an appointment for today to get my COVID booster. I left work early to be here on time. And I get here and the pharmacies close. No text message updating my appointment or anything. And then the workers there wanna have an attitude.

I've been in the drive thru pharmacy for 1 hour. They have serviced 3 people including me so far, and only gave me half my medications. Now they are looking for the other medication that they said was ready...... you gotta do better!! I've burned 1/2 tank of gas and my passenger is miserable. WHY are you not serving your drive thru?! This is unacceptable!!!! Do better!!!!

I'm always struggling with my medications here. They're very lazy. I waited a whole week and I wouldn't receive my DAILY medication.

This Walgreens pharmacy needs help, it's unfortunate to say however all neighborhoods with people of color have the worst customer service. You have to many elderly people waiting in line for hours at a time. They know that elderly people can't sit or stand for too long. They need their medication!!! Walgreens do better please!!! One cashier during the peak hours of the day!!! If I could rate this location it would be a -100 score!!

They will make you wait on hold for 20 minutes at a time and hang up on you eventually.

The worse service ever in the pharmacy department. Why make appointments for vaccines when you have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get it. They are not busy!!!!! Service sucks!!!! Dont go here!!!!

The pharmacy is either incompetent or severely short staffed or both. You can & will not reach them via phone. The 1st time I was hung up on after holding for 16 minutes, 2nd time I was hung up on close to 50 min holding.

Made an appointment online at 12:20 today. It’s now 1pm and I’m still waiting. One person doing everything in pharmacy. This lady is trying to get people vaccinated along with dealing with the regular pharmacy line. What is the point of making an appointment online?

I've gone to pick up my RX at different times and it is always a long wait. Walgreens really needs to open up that second lane to get customers moving faster.
