Their manager is rude, never available, the lines are way too long and they don’t seem welcoming or helpful. They are always short staffed and the products are always low. Like the drinks are never in stock and the false nails are the same stock as last year; hardly any choices to pick from. I asked if they were hiring and one of them said “Naw!” When they clearly need help in there! I hate this location! Fire everyone and start over!!

Was on the phone because some regulations won't let me fill my medication online. Had to deal with the annoying voice system then was on hold for 30 minutes. When it was my turn staff hung up on me- most likely an accident but then I had to call again and now I am waiting probably for another 30 minutes. My lunch break will be over before they answer most likely. I need my medication. Recently changed pharmacy here and I am changing again, terrible.

I made an appointment a month in advance of my COVID-19 booster. When I went in the employees would not honor the appointment because it was no longer in my email. I went to make another appointment, the date of which begins 2 weeks from now. These folks were so rude and had no interest in helping me.

I scheduled a Covid-19 test at this location thinking it was a rapid test. It's a long process to sign-up online. They send you a confirmation email telling you to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment and to bring the email confirmation, State ID or driver's license and insurance card. I arrive 15 minutes early, but waited 50 minutes in the drive-thru to get to the window. They only wanted to see my ID, and didn't want any other documents. The instructions were very simple to follow on how to swab your nose and place the swab in the container. As for the results, I was told it will take 3-5 days. That was surprising. They should clearly state this when are making the appointment. I would have searched for a site that is capable of doing the real 15 minute rapid test. Stop being vague on your website by saying "results time varies". Put the time range in days so the consumer can make a decision on whether they want to wait that long for a test result and wait for almost an hour in your long lines!

The pharmacy is very unorganized , your prescriptions are never ready for scheduled time to pick up . The staffs in the pharmacist always have a bad attitudes. they always seem impatient with their customers. They also, never answer the phone you’ll be on hold for about an hour or two .
