ATTENTION!! DO NOT GO HERE This place was horrible I've been there twice and both times I received horrible service all of the women are rude my style doesn't match the picture I was charged 150 for braids and they look 3 months old and I just got them done 4 days ago ! They are lazy and the person doing my hair was even on the phone I hope they shut this place down its taking people money and time and don't come in with a picture they don't know how to do them !! They pretend and then lie and say it's the same Style horrible !

My hair and the picture are totally different in style and size. I was told $100 for the smaller braids. My braids are so much bigger and was still charged the same. The owner argued with me staying the braids are the same size. I will never go back not will I recommend them.

Only giving 1 star because you have to worst worst place ever got my hair braided (twist). It started to slip out before 24 hours of my getting service, I came back to get it fixed because that's was just ridiculous. It still came out the very next day...... it is day 7 and I have paid 180.00$ and half my twist are out, went back up spoke with the owner she said the hairstyle I got only will last for a week. That's was a huge waist of money and time to take my hair down in 7 days

I love coming to this shop. I've been a customer since 2008. They are very professional, have good customer service and they always do an amazing job. I have recommended my friends and families to come to Vivian's to get theirhair done. I'll recommend them to anyone. You won't regret it!

I came into the shop to get triangular box braids the lady did my hair it looked nice she asked if I wanted it pulled up I told her no the next day I try to pull the braids up and I cant the braids are French braided down to my scalp go to the shop the next day talk to the owner on the phone she tell me she will fix it she understands when I go back to get my hair fixed she tells me I should have told them I wanted to be able to put my braids in a ponytail what since when she stated if its triangle parts that's how its braided not individually I'm like that sounds crazy I've never had to tell a professional that does braids that I want box braids but dont braid them down to my scalp after going back and foward with the owner for nearly 15 minutes I showed the other woman my hair she then begin to do my braids over 2 days later 2 of my braids came out and I took my whole head down $180 lost never again.

I just gt Ghana braids on Saturday night and they are not like the picture and by Monday morning it looks like I had them for a month after I tied my hair both nights. The hair looks nappy and the braids are uneven. If I could post a pic I would. I won't be going back.
