Amazing video rental shop. Super friendly and outstanding collection of films. It reminds me of the days when I was a kid who went to get a movie rental with my friends and family and thankful this kind of place still exists given the number of video rental stores that have not made it. Joe is an excellent owner and knows this industry very well. I am thankful to have the opportunity to support him and his employees. I wish him always the best and encourage you to make a stop by - you won’t regret it.

I've been bugging this guy for the past couple days regarding my UPS package getting delivered there and he's been patient and informative. But UPS , on the other hand, has been a nightmare (to NO fault of the video strip). The man at this video store is always professional and friendly and willing to help and actually answers the phone! Feels nice to call a business and not get a machine answering. Reminds me of the 90's. 5/5 Stars!

Best rental video store on the Southside.The owner has most of what everyone seems to be looking for and knows his films very well.Great conversations occur whenever we stop in.The store has a vintage feel to it and he does in fact carry majority of films and shows vintage to modern rather than exclusively new films like other places do.The prices are very very fair for rental and you can usually get a good handful for less than 10 dollars.He runs deals as well that will be texted to you some months if you're a member.

Went for the first time to get my CD resurface and they came out looking brand new, highly recommended coming here. Great customer service and they have a huge selection of stuff to rent. I will be coming back many times

Incredible one of a kind place with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I brought them a valuable PS2 game that stopped loading, last night, half way through the story. (Oh no!) They resurfaced the disc and when I got it home it works like new! Plus it looks beautiful. These guys are renting awesome stuff and stocked with sweet collectables and great snacks. Chicago, give this place your business!!

If you need games to be resurfaced, THIS PLACE IS A MUST VISIT! When it comes to the type of machine you use to fix games, the higher the quality of the machine, the higher success rate of your games working after the process. I’ve done tons of research of a place that might be able to fix games that I’ve had for years that I couldn’t get to work and I’m not sure if anyone has a machine of this grade in the entire city of Chicago. Here are just a few games that the owners machine has been able to fix for me:WWE Smackdown - Here comes the painBilly Hatcher and the giant eggYakuza (2005)Enter the matrix (Game hasn’t work since 2009!)And many more!The shop does GameCube games as well so stop by and get your games working again!

Amazing selection and friendly staff! they also have an expensive disc cleaning machine thing that removes scratches from cd/dvds for you for 2-5 bucks per disc highly recommend

The owner is very friendly and has collected a huge collection over the years. It's so exciting to be able to rent videos from the same place I begged my parents to rent video games. Always a great experience and this place should be considered a neighborhood staple.
