Sabrino is absolutely amazing! His expertise in hair care is unparalleled. When I visited Ulta, I asked for his help with my frizzy hair and a recommendation for a good conditioner. Sabrino carefully analyzed my hair and selected the perfect products for me. I had never used these products before, but now I’m in love with them! My hair has never looked better – it’s smooth, well-conditioned, and much easier to manage. Sabrino's knowledge and attention to detail truly made a difference in my hair care routine.

Brandon is unprofessional. Bad experience. He's extremely arrogant. My mother had passed away and I told him that and he did not change his arrogant personality. He's a manager. Treated me like I was nothing.

The worst salon and staff. They are backwards make you appointments an then cancel because they are unprofessional an lazy this happened 3 times when I booked a appointment you are better off doing your hair somewhere else even a different Ulta vs going to what they claim as a salon professional an no I’m not being a Karen the salon staff are rude confusing and untalented.

I did a really big return at this store and the cashier Nicolle Was super sweet about it! I felt so bad burdening her all the products I had to return but she was super chill and sweet and patient with me, GIVE HER A RAISE!!! Y'all better be paying her at least $20.00 an hour! She knows how to do her job she's going to go far in life, also she was gorgeous and had beautiful lashes! ;)

Just wanted to share some honest feedback on my experience at this location tonight 02/09/24. Whoever was the closing supervisor or manager was pretty dismissive to the cashiers helping me at the register. Their was a price discrepancy on Biolage shampoo that they were checking on, they called out to the supervisor/manager on duty to do price check override. The manager proceeded to explain that it may have been a different bottle similar to the one I grabbed, she for some reason assumed I didn't understand English and preceeded to tell the cashier to explain that to me! We both glanced at each other a bit surprised. However, as a customer there's nothing more distasteful than when a Manager treats their employee with disrespect in front of customers. This manager when she got to the register saw the two cashiers helping me and said to them...that whomever was the main cashier could stay and everyone else should swoosh away and literally swooshed the other cashier away with her hand. Employee turnover is real, treat them with kindness!
