I received my sleep apnea machine from here. The 1st one I picked up lasted a week. It's supposed to blow out at a lower level until your Airway starts to close, and then between a 5 and a 15. After a week, it was blowing so hard that I couldn't breathe from the second I turned it on. It was blowing so hard that it made my heart flutter. After not getting the right information from this location, I made a second trip and received a new machine. The 1st machine was blowing out at a 15 as soon as I turned it on. Every time I had called, I was told there was nothing wrong with my machine. Well, I've had the second one about 5 weeks, and this one is now doing the same thing. Sleep apnea is absolutely terrible. You wake up with headaches, lungs burning and in pain along with drowsiness, forgetfulness, and a few other symptoms. So this machine is pretty important but yet this location keeps giving me defective machines, and when I call, I can not receive an answer. I leave messages with no return phone call. You can't just show up at the location because they won't see you without an appointment so at this point if I do not get a hold of someone by the end of this week, not only will I be calling their corporate office but I will be contacting my insurance company. Why should they get paid for defective machines. These machines are meant to help people. It's sad that they can't even return phone calls because they're not that busy. I truly wish I would have found another company to get my machine from.

Staff was very helpful in showing how to set up my machine and all the different options. I feel like I was given all the info needed to be successfully compliant. Shoutout to Luis for being so nice and an overall good human being. ??

CAUTION it will take months to get any CPAP machines. Keep in mind the machine keep people breathing when they sleep!. STAFF was very polite. 2 to female staffers were on point and should be paid more. The over view of the cpap machine was helpful.. The company really needs to figure out its supply chain problem if you can order a new car in a month with custom parts a machine that blows air shouldn't be a problem.

Unprofessional people.. I was waiting for someone to deliver my medicine...no one never showed, up or called to tell me otherwise. I called off work....I had to call them and they tell me the driver said he will deliver my medicine tomorrow.... What kind of stuff is that....so the person on the phone say well it takes one and two business days.....I was not told that....no apologies or anything Never again....
