You must take a class here with Keyante! He will make sure you get a great workout, learn boxing technique, and also have a fun time. He’s the only trainer I will get up for a 9am workout class for!

This was my first time ever in a pair of boxing gloves. Thanks to Deirdre for helping me wrap up the hands and to Jake for a great first lesson. I'll return!
