Since Becovic took over the building it's been improving greatly! They seem to really care about the property better than the last owner. The common areas are cleaned everyday, doors/locks updated and the new app helps makes thing work around the building. I gladly didn't mind staying another year

I had the pleasure of having Lanee Williams work with me. She was very thorough, attentive and flexible. Eric Briggs was also a huge help in the process. Dino has been and keeps being really helpful throughout this whole move in process. I had 100 questions and was really aggressive with how many emails I sent but he helped me through everything single thing so far. So thanks for that. Lanee Williams was the one who helped me get the apartment. Thanks to her as well.
