We spent two years at The Renaissance and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The lake being so close was an absolute win, and maintenance is extremely quick to respond to requests. Would absolutely recommend!

Bry and Besmir were amazing. Their help with our move into a larger Horizon property was greatly appreciated and eased our minds. She and Besmir went above and beyond to ensure we had a home. So grateful for them and the whole 901 team!

The Renaissance is one of the best kept buildings in uptown. The staff are so prompt and thorough with any request or issue, and the units themselves are very well kept. I relocated from Seattle and this building has already made Chicago feel like home!
