The maintenance team, Eddie in particular responds quickly to requests put in. He also went beyond and recognized light bulbs that needed to be replaced. He communicates well when projects are finished or need more time. I appreciate the efficiency and care he puts in. Thank you!

I'm new resident to this building, but I can say in the short two days of having minor things that required attention Eddie the maintenance guy got the job done just as quickly as the call! This is truly a beautiful place to live!

The Duncan is a great place to live in. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and special shout out to Eddie who always goes out of his way to help tenants in an expedited manner.
