I have lived at “The Bush” for a little over a month now and could not be more pleased. Upon showing up a day early to our scheduled tour, Cherakee was more than happy to squeeze us in, and we were convinced during the tour that this was the spot. The ladies at the front desk are THE BEST and always smiling. I wanted to move in ASAP, and was able to with the help of Bena, Ryan, Dima, and Val - the latter 2 helping me move in at 10:30 on a Friday night.
I moved into the unit we toured and so far no issues whatsoever. It’s clear someone paid a lot of attention to detail designing these rooms. The shower, personally, ranks top 2 lifetime. All of the cabinets are soft-close, and if a door could be opened into something, it has restrictive hinges to prevent contact.
A major factor for myself was the gym, which is better than many gyms I’ve paid monthly for. Up to 125lb dumbells, multiple fly machines, and a ton of space. It’s a bit light on back equipment, but you can figure it out. The vibe is also dungeon-esq so be prepared to maybe see ghosts.

I was having difficulty opening a closet door. So I put a maintenance request in. Within 10 minutes of the request being sent in. One of the maintenance men “ Genti” Was already knocking on the door. Had everything he needed and finish the door so quick. Anytime I have a maintenance problem I’m not worried about it now . Quick fix

Loved living here! All the staff were amazing and Val was the best property manager I've ever had; she is so friendly and knows everyone by name. She truly goes above and beyond, which is so rare! Head of maintenance Tony was also super responsive and professional and took care of things very well! Will miss this place

Been living here for 3 months and honestly was the best decision I have Made! Val is an amazing property manager and also is available if needed! The staff are always on top of everything and so caring for each resident. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment complex!!

So far have absolutely loved living here. The building managers and staff couldn’t be nicer, and very attentive to details. The rooftop is amazing, I enjoy working up there.
