I moved in a few weeks ago and The Ardus has been great so far! Burim has never failed to fix any of my issues and addresses maintenance requests very promptly! Mili and James also made my leasing process enjoyable and went out of their way to make sure my move-in was seamless!

I had been living in the Ardus for two years, Mili Brahmabhatt is the best property manager I have ever seen, she’s very kind, friendly, and always solved my issues very quickly.

A great living experience in the heart of River North. I spend my days relaxing on the nice roof deck and love getting my morning coffee at Happy Monday in the lobby. The gym is really nice and always gives me a good sweat, but when I'm really feeling a good workout, I head down to Hotworx. The building is always clean and I pay way less than my friends in other river north apartments. Highly recommend living here.

Burim was amazing! My fridge wasn’t working the first day I moved in and he came in the next morning to fix it (on a Sunday). Every order I’ve put in since have been taken care of the same day I put in the order.

Burim never disappoints. He always does a great job of assisting me with any orders I put in with no hassle. Teresa is very helpful when I need her the most. These two make me feel at home. Mr. Moore is one of the best property managers I ever had. He makes sure things get done around the Ardus as it should be ❤️???

Mili was really great getting us moved in! She supported us during the viewing process, as well as answered our MANY questions leading up to and through move-in day. We are new to Chicago, but already feel super comfortable in our new spot at the Ardus thanks to this smooth experience!

Horrible app, and nobody making sure your completing all the steps necessary. I schedule my move for July 1st on the app. Then when I arrived they had no idea I was coming because I didn’t fill out a key appointment (which wasn’t on my app). Extremely hard to contact. I also came to visit the apartment a month before living there and they had no knowledge of my appointment so it took an extra hour, and I wasn’t able to see my unit. The only reason I didn’t rate this a 1 is because once I was able to get my key, the property manager was extremely nice and apologetic.
