I had a great tour and leasing process with the Alfred. Lakisha the leasing agent was thorough and answered all the questions I had regarding the building and amenities for the apartment I was interested in.
I am excited to move into the building soon!

I've been looking for an apartment for a while so I have had a lot of interactions, I can say without a doubt the entire experience touring the Alfred was a joy. Lakisha Burns, the leasing manager was not only professional and helpful...she was friendly, kind, and a pleasure to work with! I could go on about my entire experience but there isn't enough room on google. Definitely a 10 star rating but it only goes up to 5.

I had such a great experience when visiting The Alfred. Lakisha, the Leasing Manager, was so kind and thorough during my visit. She listened to my desires and found me the perfect unit! She walked me through all the steps and made the entire application and move-in process so seamless.

The leasing manager, LaKisha, gave off great energy and was very welcoming during the apartment tour. She also replied quickly whenever we had any questions about the apartment or application process. Overall, she was extremely helpful and made the entire process easy!

The alfred has a great location, with beautiful amenities, near to the train station and parks, the Leasing Mgr LaKisha was great during the process of application and leasing, I totally recommend her!

While trying to find apartments I was able to work with Lakisha the leasing manager. She was extremely helpful and very kind when it came to finding and applying for The Alfred. She made sure I was on top of everything and the entire process was very easy with her help. The Alfred is a very nice building that has up to date amenities and a very welcoming atmosphere!
