The leasing manager, LaKisha, gave off great energy and was very welcoming during the apartment tour. She also replied quickly whenever we had any questions about the apartment or application process. Overall, she was extremely helpful and made the entire process easy!
The Alfred is a 176 apartment building converted from a former office building which was designed by Chicago architect, Alfred Alschuler. Today, this FLATS building is a hub for community in the Loop, with a ground level coffee shop, resident roof lounge, and fitness center. Newly renovated apartments feature in-unit washer/dryer, updated kitchens with stainless steel appliances, subway tiling, and custom cabinetry plus walk-in closets and spa-like baths.
