I went yesterday to find out they were closed until further notice. On public transportation so I went even further to Roosevelt the other Branch. The website says open so I thought they would have been open. I am the type of person who calls to see and be sure a place is open before I waste time. By the website saying open I just went from there. My experience has always been good. Eric Jordan and Tim Ward is no longer there. Went to other Branches. Dana was the only one still there from when I initially went to the Bank. She still may be there unfortunately I am not able to go like I was in the beginning. Great people.

Never dealt more with a more useless bank. They stole my money and kept it in limbo for weeks and I had to do a charge back from another bank that sent they money to get my money back. Bunch of idiots and thieves.

I tried to open their promotional CD as an IRA and no one could perform the transaction. Staff was very apologetic but did not have the requisite access.

Got help from Sherrif with my account. Was extremely panicked due to losing my debit card. This gentleman gave me the best help ever. Was kind polite courteous and helpful. Great customer service

I visited this location to make simple deposits into my checking and saving accounts. At the time I wanted to make it to at least one of my banks, which this TCF Bank was the nearest to me. I headed towards this bank around 4:30 pm thinking it was on similar hours to a 5:00 pm bank, however once I arrived the clerk informed me that they closed at 7:00 pm. Normally I avoid this location because it takes me out of the way compared to others being on my route towards my job. Now that I have visited this location I'm quite positive that I will make it more of my go-to for regularly deposits.

As mentioned in other TCF Bank reviews, I love it that Jewel-Osco has these branches attached because it makes it convenient for me when I am visiting or near select neighborhoods in Chicago & Chicagoland. And with it being attached to a Jewel-Osco there are no issues with parking compared to the solo locations with limited parking. Like many locations inside of Jewel-Osco it was a very peaceful environment. I had no issues at this location; the teller was very informative while assisting me with my transaction during my visit. In fact, during this visit the teller informed me a little more about the perks of the TCF visa card: 1 point per $1 spent on qualifying net purchases, which I actually considered getting after this visit. At some point I will give in, and it may be this location that talks me into getting that visa card. Moreover, take all into consideration if you are contemplating on visiting this location. Thomas G

All the time i bump into a problem with my account there always willing to help me out and go out of there way. I was thinking of closing this account and stay with my MB FINAICIAL BUT I WILL KEEP BOTH ACCOUNT AND CONTINUE BUSINESS WITH YOU. I DON't know her but management is great there
