Amazing Target! I have never seen a two-story Target before. There are signs all around for guidance and if the signs aren't helpfull there are several desk located around the store that employees are working at to help. I would recommend going here because it have groceries, clothing, and supplies of all sorts.

I went in to this target for a new phone. The process was quick and easy. I recommend going in the middle of the day because not everyone can activate a phone. But, the phone is nice and easy to use.

Beautiful, clean and expansive store that's well stocked, well kept and genuinely refreshing and a joy to shop at. My only criticism is how easy it is to get lost or not being able to find what you're looking for easily because of the unique floorplan and lack of actually helpful directional signage, paired with staff that was either difficult to approach/garner a response from it made for a semi-frustrating experience that was really only rectified by one or two folks who actually were helpful and who didn't simply ignore me when approached for assistance in finding the (much needed) cat litter/pet supplies section which isn't that well signed and buried in the waaay back of the second floor.
Overall a better/more unique shopping experience (due to the unique & historic building they occupy) when compared to a typical Target store.

Be prepared for zero customer service. And to be told you can’t shop for ANYTHING 5/10 min before closing. Staff cares way more about getting out than helping you get what you need.

Downtown Chicago, historic building and fun shopping experience. lots of interesting people, tourists and locals. Consistent staff, prompt and patient service, so easy to shop online and pick-up in store. Abundance of products and never a long wait time. Love this urban Target!

I wanted a simple backpack for our travels. All the reasonable priced ones were sold out. The only ones left were $80 and above. Oh well. They had everything else we needed.
