Subject: Exceptional Customer Service at Your Location
Dear [Store Management/Customer Service Team],
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the consistently outstanding customer service I receive at this location, especially from associates Brixx and Willy. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure I have an exceptional experience, making every visit to Target enjoyable.
I would like to kindly suggest considering them for formal recognition or even a raise, as their dedication truly enhances the store’s atmosphere. There are also a few other associates who provide equally excellent service; while I am still learning their names, I look forward to updating my feedback as I get to know them better.
Overall, the team here has been fantastic, always greeting me warmly and making each visit a pleasure.

Not stocked nearly as much as a “normal” Target, but they do have most essentials and a pretty solid personal care and grocery selection.
Something has to be done about the staffing. It’s horrendous. Nobody is around to help, they have ONE checkout lane, and refuse to open self-checkout.
I won’t be returning here except in the case of emergencies. Hopefully people will come to the same conclusion and stop going here and something better can fill the space.

Although it's not a messy Target, it's not super well stocked for taking up a huge footprint in a suburban area. Almost has the selection of a city neighborhood target. But the most frustrating thing is that the three times I've been there, there is NEVER more than one person working the registers and they only do self checkout. I bought some items that were not easy to self check-out and it was super frustrating. Why does Target have ALLLLL these registers in their store when only a few or one is open.
It's the most understaffed store. I end up waiting way too long, in the middle of a Tuesday morning. Not even prime time!
(Reading more recent reviews, it looks like they closed self-checkout, but you still have to wait forever to pay. I won't be going there even though I regularly have business in the area.)

The selection is awful; simple things are never there. They stopped self checkout all together but only have one check out line open and costumer service opens if the line gets long sometimes. There is one staff who if is working I'll turn around and leave slowest checkout ever. They weren't honest when the change came said it was for holiday restocking, than oh well costumers wanted a traditional checkout. If you told me people were stealing I'd be a bit more forgiving. Awful

Self checkout was closed and there was only 1 person in check out.

Only ever had one checkout lane open and never has the self checkout open. I just waited 20 minutes to buy two things in a rush. Don’t come here if you want it to be quick!
