Awesome experience at this hotel. Beautiful rooms and views, fantastic hotel staff, and so much to do right in the heart of downtown Chicago!

I bought this room via Hotwire. Rooms were clean and serviced were efficient. I was placed in an accessible room that was right next to the elevator bank, so the elevators could easily be heard from my room.
