Terrible!In the beginning they told me they can do lenticular printat the end we learned that they cannot! I dont know the technology, expect to get direction from an expert (which certainly they are not) how many frame needed to create the animation for specific dimension and specific LPI number.No communication what so ever. They act like a d*** and kept sending back the PDF i send them WITHOUT fixing or really thinking all the dimension, frame count and LPI details.And 2 disgusting samples cost me >$200

Jessica and Lance were AMAZING to work with. They not only saw my vision for what we needed, but were meticulous with the details to make sure our project hit all the requirements. I will work with them again anytime I have a custom print job!

When you know the president of the company is paying attention you know it’s a company that puts clients first. Jimmy has always come through from program books and conference materials for thousands, to a quick order of branded lanyards for a small but important staff meeting. Plus don’t sleep on the other services. In addition to printing and promotional goods, I’ve used sunrise for internal signage.

We can’t totally put the blame on this company they were hired through a third-party interior decorator company. But seeing as they charged us $300 to measure a space that they later charged an additional $2500 to hand paint I thought that they could’ve at least measured our poles properly and given us a banner that actually fit are poles outside our business. I feel as if the company is very pricey regardless of the involvement of the interior decorator or not we spent a pretty nice amount with them and we at least feel as if our small complaints we had should’ve been addressed.

We worked with Jimmy and his team on a complex, small run packaging project. He and his team were very responsive and able to execute at an exceptional level. We were extremely pleased with the end product, and would definitely work with Sunrise Hitek again!

Did not do what we asked - he did and does more.I used to sell printing services, so I thought I knew what I was asking for. He took my requirements and came up with a few solutions. We easily narrowed it down. Prices were good. But then he went above and beyond and offered solutions (like color) that seemed too expensive, but were not. Then he showed how he could save us money on postal expenses and give us more will still saving us money. Well that was long ago. But last time I checked his competition he was still more cost effective. Since then he has made many of our challenges (our fault) go away. Very appreciative. Always fun to see what new products he comes up with.

Jimmy and his whole team are the best!!! We use Sunrise for our clients and for our own needs. They're awesome for several reasons -- they know what they're doing, like a printing sommelier you can tell them what you want, your price, etc and they'll provide options. Their prices are very reasonable, and they're local so you can proof on site. They've also saved us a few times with rush jobs. Their regular turnaround times are excellent. I trust Jimmy and his crew.

Sunrise Hitek is fast and efficient. My print jobs always look great! Highly recommended. They have amazing capabilities and can do all sorts of unique printing techniques digitally, like in-line gloss varnishing and custom die cuts!!! They are technically savvy and never drop the ball. Jimmy and Anthony always deliver top notch service at a reasonable price. If you need an excellent printer who pays attention to detail, and fills orders fast, Sunrise is the place for you!
