John gave me a call and informed me that there were better and cheaper options for my specific logo need. He referred me to a competitor who was able to help me out. John didn't need to return my call, give me context, or even refer me to a competitor. The fact that he did speaks volumes to his customer service values. Shirts Our Business is the 'Miracle on 34th Street' of Chicago screen printing!
