Felt more like a sad flea market than an opportunity to find discount designer. Save your time and energy and go to Nordstrom Rack.

Do not buy online! This company is horrible. They are thieves!!!!!!! Stole over $700 worth of merchandise in returns from me. Hope they go bankrupt!

Extremely poor customer service experience trying to return a pair of To Boot dress shoes in person that were purchased online that fit too large. I came in person as the online portal showed I could return for free in stores however, the Staff refused to take the shoes back because they didn’t come with a label on both shoes and had small minor defects so they asked me to call Saks customer service line to ship it back through FedEx which would cost me at least another two driving trips. Two stars because the staff at least apologized but this is a pathetic customer service experience for a high end store.

Saks Off 5th do you want to sell merchandise or not? If so 1) Set regular shopping hours and quit closing your store early 2) Teach employees basic customer service skills & 3) Get the landlord of New City to put up better signage which instructs the customers how to access your 2nd floor store. There’s one elevator “which only works by fob” and another sign by the escalators “with a curved arrow”? Why not have a sign that just says “Saks Off 5th entrance is off Garage Level 2”! Anyway, I arrived at 7pm on a Tuesday and the store was CLOSED.

Used to enjoy coming to this location. Staff has consistently changed over the last few months. The Product has stayed the same. They seem to get rid of people who actually help the customers quicker than they do their stock. Rarely see the girl with the glasses. Rarely see the tall guy who was always on the floor. Haven't seen the male Hispanic manager in months. Everyone seemed to have been replaced with a disrespectful manager who doesn't know his job. He argued with one of the associates Tiara or Tara. in front of myself and other customers. He was wrong and got upset.

I went in to buy something and I realized I left my wallet at home. So I came back before the store closed and they closed 30 minutes earlier than google said they would. Google says the store closes at 8pm. Why is the store closing early and missing out on business?? Some customers don't get off work until 5 or 6pm, and we only have a 2hr window to even get to the store in rush hour traffic. Terrible experience... waste of time and gas money... I hardly ever write reviews, and I will be spending my money elsewhere.

This was my first and last time shopping at the Lincoln Park location here in Chicago. This place is something else. The workers follow you everywhere like you’re a child. They Asked me at least 20 times do I need help with anything in less than 15 minute time frame. It became very uncomfortable. As I was walking out one of the employees said that I had a sticker on my bottom of my Boot and accused me of “Stealing them” (Mind you I came in the store wearing them). So the Guy literally grabs my ankle to look at the bottom of My boot and realizes they’re not from the store. I did not give him any permission what so ever to put his hands on me . He never apologized for touching me nor did he apologize to me for wrongfully accusing me of stealing. Smh

Glad to see the location back open in Lincoln Park. They have more luxury items available. Store seems under staffed but friendly.
