I recently stayed at a furnished rental provided by Ryan Corporate Housing, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff, especially Nick, were exceptional. They were quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues I had, all while being incredibly friendly and caring. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made my stay stress-free and enjoyable.
The apartment itself was exactly as advertised – beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The building provided is top-notch, offering full-service amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, a sparkling swimming pool, and a well-equipped business center. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
One of the best aspects of this rental is its fantastic location. The building is in close proximity to numerous restaurants, making dining out or grabbing a quick bite incredibly convenient. Additionally, it's commuter-friendly, with easy access to public transportation and major highways, which made my daily commute a breeze.
Overall, I am thankful and grateful for the outstanding service provided by Ryan Corporate Housing. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a furnished rental.

Wonderful experience, homey atmosphere, flawless stay!! We recently moved to Chicago and booked an apartment for 7 weeks, while our movers arrived. The apartment had everything we could think of, it was spotless, and had all the amenities. Since we found our home in the same building, we were able to overlap both apartments for an entire week, which made unpacking and settling down very easy. A great experience overall!!

Ryan Corporate Housing is a tremendous organization that is relentlessly focused on exceeding customer expectations. Nick Morrar, our main contact at Ryan, went the extra mile to make sure that everything was set for us before we moved in. He was available to us at all hours of the day. Sam Morrar helped us out in a pinch as well with an equally great attitude.
We moved into a nicely furnished one bedroom that had everything we needed--full kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, silverware, paper towels (you get the picture). If you have clients or guests coming in for an extended stay, Ryan Corporate Housing is your source for an amazing experience.

It's hard to begin putting to words how great Ryan Corporate Housing is - my entire experience with them from the searching phase all the way through to after my move out was above and beyond my expectations.I was searching for a short term apartment in Chicago and within a few hours of my initial email, Nick found me the perfect fit based on the criteria I gave him with no fuss or difficulties. The arrival process was seamless and the apartment was set up exactly as it had been described with immaculate furnishings - it was like walking straight into home.During my 3+ month stay with Ryan, service and communication was excellent - any time I had any requests or questions they were answered promptly and additional items were delivered to me in a very timely manner with no fuss.Aside from the apartment and service, Nick went above and beyond to help with my move from Australia to Chicago and offered a lot of his own time to answer all the questions I had about the city and help me settle in.I can't speak highly enough of Nick and the team at Ryan Corporate Housing - they are one of the best businesses (if not the best) I have come across anywhere. Ryan Corporate Housing is the very best company I’ve worked with for furnished apartments. They handle any situation immediately, apartments are beautifully decorated and comfortable and everything has been taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires a short or long term lease on Chicago’s near north side. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

Every once in a while you come across someone in business who understands that compassion and understanding can still accompany good business. Ryan Corporate Housing and Nick Morrar did that with us during a challenging set of circumstances and provided us with extended housing in a wonderful and well-maintained apartment, in a great building with many amenities, and worked with us on a fair lease in the Chicago market. There was not a single issue of any kind, large or small, that arose during our stay. Our experience with Ryan Corporate Housing makes it hard to imagine anyone could do it any better.

Our experience at a Ryan Corporate Housing Property EnV Chicago,for 1 month was unforgettable. Firstly Nick Morrar- Ryan Corporate Housing was super impressive with how he dealt with us- friendly,cheerful,prompt and responsive. He provided us with an immaculate 2 bedroom/ 2 bath spacious Apt with top of the line appliances, walk in wardrobes, luxury bedding and soft furnishings. It felt like home. Nothing went wrong ever.The building is new,safe and managed impeccably, cheerful concierge and management staff. River North is a very happening location too.A big shout out to Tracy and Julio who were super helpful and kind. Very friendly and clean neighbours, wonderful common areas and the 28 th floor gym is awesome and the pool barbecue area too. Everything is high end and of impeccable quality.Cannot forget the almost 360 views of the Magnificent Mile.Nick and Ryan Corporate Housing made this a trip to remember!
