The concierges here have no boss or manager. They treat the guests however they feel like on the day. They each have their own rules you must follow with no questions. I have been hung up on twice while talking to a concierge in the building. I complained and it got much worse. The maintenance team is the best in Chicago. Unfortunately the people you are forced to deal with everyday hate working here.

My roommate and I just move in to RC! RC has really good, quiet location with all the features. It was an amazing experience with the agent team and everyone who works there! Shout out to Katie and Monica! Katie is our agent that helps walk through the entire applying process . We had some problem w/ the application but Katie was patient and trying her best to find a way to solve it! Monica was also given us lots of help too, she was really nice and always there ready for help! Really nice ppl and thanks them a lot!

This place needs to be investigated for several reasons. I will hand it them, they have a pretty decent PR/Digital Marketing team as they make it seem so nice and prestigious when showing the units and hiding all the negative publicity/press. Notice how all the reviews seem to be stellar? Well thats because they use special software like IVY which incentivizes residents to leave good reviews as they are given points to redeem for gift cards etc. My Mother just moved to the City not long ago and I want a safe and nice place that was up to her standards. On Move In Day, all the cracks (literally and figuratively) started showing. From Mold to Exposed Pipes and disgusting appliances (so disgusting in fact, they gave her brand new ones), it was obvious it was not move in ready.1. Deceptive Marketing Practices: When my Mother was touring the unit, Katie Ostrow showed her a unit that did not match the unit she would be in. She also stated that both East and West had the same features and amenities, which is absolutely false. The East side, which is the side that has the showroom apartment (the one they always show as it's decorated nicely) has a lounge with a Kitchen, Bar, Refrigerator and is much more elegant as well as accommodates much more people. The West side which in my opinion is the "lower end side" (just my opinion) simply has a lounge on the first floor which has no kitchen or eating area and has a bathroom which is shared with the staff as well as used for other reasons (I won't get into those reasons at the moment). I then was told by Jessica Greenway that the lounge was not even always available. It was a recent addition because Jessica (the Manager) stated that residents from the West should be able to have their own lounge area as well. So it goes to show you, which side is treated differently. 2: SAFETY AND CRIME!: This place is extremely unsafe in my opinion. MY MOTHER HAD SOMEONE ATTEMPT TO BREAK INTO HER APARTMENT! She called 911 and it seems like Management/Security told the Police who were dispatched they had it under control. Instead of my Mother being greeted by Officers in Uniform with Body Cams, a man in his 50's with a uniform that did not look like a Police Officers uniform came to her apartment accompanied by a young male in a hoodie and baggy pants (literally so baggy, if he ran he would tripped). He was condescending, rude and had the gall to ask my Mother "what do you want me to do". SIR, she called the police because she needed help. How are you asking someone what they want to be done when they called for help!? He refused to take a report and was not wearing a body cam. Seems like he COULDN'T TAKE A REPORT or WEAR A BODY CAM as maybe he was not a Police Officer or at the very least off duty. He did mention he was working over time. MANAGEMENT never even reached out to my Mother about the incident. SIMPLY GOOGLE S DELANO CT OR ROOSEVELT COLLECTION LOFTS CRIME OR SHOOTING. PEOPLE LITERALLY HAVE BEEN SHOT HERE SEVERAL TIMES. A DEAD BODY WAS EVEN FOUND IN THE GARBAGE!!!! IN THE RESIDENTIAL GARAGE THERE WAS A SHOOT OUT OF EPIC PROPORTIONS. MORE THAN A DOZEN GUNSHOTS. SO MUCH CRIME I CANT EVEN LIST IT.3. STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL: Ofcourse they are nice when showing you the unit. Of course they are nice if you don't have a complaint. It's when you have a complaint, everything changes. It's like they become offended. Maybe choose a different job if you are easily offended. Looking at you Noah, Katie and Monique. 4. THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE DOJ FOR COLLUSION AND ACTING LIKE A 'CARTEL'. YES THE D.O.J. USED THE WORD CARTEL. Bozzuto along with other Property Management Companies are sharing renters data in order to keep rent prices high it alleges. It also states they artificially are raising rent. 2600 for the SOUTH (South South Loop because it's literally on the edge of the South Loop) plus $250 for parking is ridiculous. Although it's been less than a month I am very happy at Roosevelt Collection Lofts! From my initial tour with Monica...to the kindness of the concierge when my move in took a bit longer...to the hospitable building maintenance team...I have been made to feel welcome. The resident social events are enjoyable as are the residents themselves. I definitely made the right choice in my move from DC to Chicago!

Me and my roommate recently moved here after graduating from college. It's such a great community - the location, the people, and the staff make it all worthwhile. An added bonus for me was the monthly book club where you can sign up for a book (and you get to KEEP it!!) Definitely consider moving here if you are looking for a variety of neighbors, a stunning view, and lots of restaurants to check out nearby! (Plus the Roosevelt station is a close 10 minute walk)

I recently moved into this wonderful residential community, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the very moment I walked in, I was greeted with open arms and friendly faces, making me and my ESA feel right at home. The security staff and maintenance team here have truly set the bar high when it comes to creating a welcoming and comfortable living environment.Marabel and Rameez, the front desk team, have been an absolute joy to interact with. Their kind smiles and genuine enthusiasm every time I step out of my door never fail to brighten my day. It's rare to find security personnel who go the extra mile to establish a warm and friendly rapport with residents, and Marabel and Rameez have mastered this art. Beyond their warm greetings along with the other staff (Deborah), I've also come to appreciate the outdoor security team and how they diligently secure the parameters, contributing to an overarching sense of safety and peace regardless of the activity outside of the plaza.The maintenance team, Frank and Kevin, deserves a standing ovation for their exceptional service. Whenever there's been an issue or concern, they have been quick to respond and incredibly efficient at getting things fixed. It's evident that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of every resident. Frank and Kevin's professionalism and skillful problem-solving abilities have left a lasting impression on me. The elevators and building are always looking and smelling clean.While my experience with the security and maintenance teams has been outstanding, I would be remiss not to mention a minor hiccup in the form of the concierge package service. While most of my interactions with the front desk package assistance have been enjoyable, my experience with Wendy was a bit different. It's possible she was having a rough day, as her demeanor didn't come across as welcoming when we encountered. Considering that I'll be consistently receiving packages and will frequently interact with the concierge, this situation does give me some pause as I've heard similar sentiments given other residents. Nonetheless, I do acknowledge that everyone has their off days, and I'm optimistic that this aspect of the service will show improvement over time! :) We all have those days.Yassmin, Jessica and Katie have also been hopefully from the start of my search at RCL!In summary, my experience as a new resident has been overwhelmingly positive, largely thanks to the exceptional efforts of Marabel, Rameez, Frank, and Kevin and other staff (sorry can't remember all names). Their welcoming attitudes, friendly demeanor, and prompt service have made this community truly feel like home. The added sense of security they provide by diligently monitoring and securing the outdoor parameters is truly commendable. While there have been minor hiccups with the concierge service, the overall experience remains outstanding. I'm grateful to have found such a remarkable place to live and would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a welcoming and secure environment with top-notch maintenance services.

My husband and I had the most fantastic experience during our stay at Roosevelt Collection Lofts! Relocating from Houston to Chicago could have been stressful, but the leasing staff made it incredibly smooth. Katie and Jessica were always there to assist, and the numerous resident events they organized helped me connect with my neighbors and create a sense of community.One of the things that stood out to me was how welcoming the staff was to my dog. They went the extra mile, even offering treats to make him feel at home. The concierge and package handler (I believe her name was Wendy) were always friendly and helpful, adding to the warm atmosphere.Maintenance requests were promptly addressed, sometimes even on the same day! This level of responsiveness and efficiency made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.What truly impressed me was that the friendliness of the staff never wavered after I signed my lease. They remained genuinely kind and attentive to any concerns I had, which made my experience at RC truly exceptional.I wish I could remember everyone's name to thank them personally. Their kindness and understanding during my time there were appreciated more than they know. Life has taken me on a new journey, and while I would have loved to stay, my growing family and rising rent prices led us to purchase a home.If you're looking for a place with a welcoming and caring community, exceptional staff, and a wide range of resident events, RC is the perfect choice!
