I bought chicken breasts at the restaurant depot today. When the staff opened the box, they smelled something strange. Please don't waste my money and time. I hope you will handle your frozen meat properly in the future. At the same time, I think this store manager seems to be idle and not working every time I see him.

This was the worst place I've ever had to experience I went in here my first time doing instacart while being in the store the service would go out and I needed to go into their Wi-Fi and now they're Wi-Fi says free to connect but it says it member ID and email well I don't know what the member ID is and I looked on Instagram I didn't see nothing so I asked them is there any way that you can just get me on the Wi-Fi seems it's free Wi-Fi to one of the workers because it keeps going out and I have to go outside to get to load and I am trying to check out and I'm trying to get items and they acted as if they didn't know what they were doing every worker in there very few out of 100% I would say 5% maybe even 2% of their workers would actually have some knowledge to try to help you I sat in all because the phone with cut service with an email and I would put my phone number everything and I asked the worker and they would not help me and I would ask them can you please put something in so I can have Wi-Fi because I keep having to go outside and waiting for it to load hey we're not helpful at all they were rude and ignorant and it was the worst experience I've ever had

This is a great shopping soirve for meal preppers, restaurants and home cooks who love to eat fresh!
The staff is helpful and efficient and the selection is extensive. Having a picnic and need coleslaw for 30 people? Done. Want fresh Quahogg Oysters? Want to smoke a whole brisket? Whay aee you waiting for?

I am giving 1 star because of receiving manger, if I am not mistaken her name is Carmen. It is a person with no kindness and looks like she hates her job. She refused to unload my 2 small pallets without appointment. As the broker made mistake not adding 3rd stop to my delivery, I find out I have to delivery last 2 pallets to this location at my 2nd delivery in Chicago Goose island. I came to this location without appointment at 4 pm, she said receiving till 1pm and with appointment only. Wait overnight here, the broker not responded at all and next morning kindly asked her to unload my 2 pallets only between scheduled deliveries, but she refused very rudely, even she had 2-3 docks available and I said I will unload myself.
If you don’t have appointment, do not come here, you will waste your time.
By the way there are 3-4 spots for overnight parking, there is a toilet booth across receiving docks at other truck parking facility which is open 24/7.
Jetro management should replace this manager with someone who loves that job and respect people.

Staff and management is very disrespectful and unprofessional . Poor Customer service. The headquarter needs to pay attention , this way they will loose a lot of business.

1 star is too much, CARMEN receiving ‘’MANAGER’’ she don’t like her job or she just don’t want to live I was very polite like i always am with every single person but this lady treated me like she hates me like her whole life, restaurant depot GM need to take action ASAP because that’s not the way it is in this country, and restaurant depot is a national company and all this people are adding more and more negative reviews and I’m sure more than that.

I'm a truck driver. This is the worst place ever since I've been working for 30 years. The lady at the receiver she think she owned the place and the driver. I believe she is Mexican.

I had an unfortunate experience at your business. Not only was I charged twice for the same item, but when I requested a refund, first it was denied, and a refund receipt was not provided. Instead, I was told to contact customer service. To make matters worse, they accused me of stealing due to their oversight in scanning an item. As a paying customer, I expect better treatment. It’s crucial that your staff receive proper training in customer service and learn to respect those who support your business.

The manager Jon of this store is very rude and ill-mannered, yells, swears, and says get out of the store. I am very disappointed. please review your staff of employees, with such workers you will lose regular customers. when there was only one cash register in line, we approached the manager and asked him to open a second cash register since the queue was very long, traffic had already started from the queue and we just asked if you could open a second cash register since the queue was already long. he started being rude and yelling, go get up in turn and we invited him to speak more simply, and he started swearing and shouting get out of the store, I won't let you make a purchase. Yes, I will add you to the blacklist so that you can no longer shop here. Do you think this is a good employee? it spoils the store's image. Please sort this out. since all the employees of the store are afraid of him, he scared everyone.

This business has been gradually degraded. Now it’s worse than ever before. Servie besides some employees on the floor has been terrible. Always running out of items. Too much traffic inside with waking in public which makes it no different than going to Walmart or Aldi. I suggest that you change your profile from wholesaler or “ where restaurants shop to “ to a simple retailer where everyone can shop with all these over priced products and products unavailability. Unclear vison and mission.No more business from my end.

I had a problem with rotten products that wasn't expired yet. The expiration is on 03/2024. I came back with the product to the store to get it replaced or refund and I didn't get any customer satisfaction at all. There are these 2 oversized Mexican ladies that can't even understand why I am at the store. They don't have basic understanding of how to listen to customers and can't even understand why all products have an expiration dates. This place is total out of control and all they do is take your money and then you are on your own.They provided me with corporate phone number but it doesn't even work.
