I was in Raygun the morning of the Winter Storm Elliot (12/22/22) showing my significant other my favorite haunts in Chicago before going back home to WI. First of all, I just love Raygun as a whole. Such a fun, welcoming, inclusive place with so much to offer it's clientele. We got so much stuff for the upcoming Christmas holiday, and also got to meet the manager's dog!The big reason I'm writing this review is that I apparently dropped my debit card at the Andersonville location and the manager supposedly called my credit union to inform them to inform me! STELLAR customer service!!! I work in hotels and have dealt with many a lost credit card from our bar upstairs, so seeing the initiative from the staff there was incredible! Thank you for having such a caring team. Desperate for a location in MKE or Madison, or even BOTH! Bring the Midwest love all around ;)

Randomly stumbled on this store and holy hell I love it so much. They’ve got so many creative, cute, funny, and deliciously politically charged items. Shirts, bags, hats, and stickers galore. Lots of awesome books and notebooks too. There’s a bonus pile of hilarious posters around the dressing room that are part of a local art installation (text the numbers!) that add a layer of fun and community to the space. Employees were so friendly and the prices are fair for the artist focused, often handmade items.

This place has the best and funniest t-shirts. I love all of their cards and accessories too. Staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

I was already a fan of this store and the awesome things they carry. Today I became a super fan. I called in advance and then went in to do a complicated exchange, the manager remembered my name from the phone call, was really friendly and flexible in making the exchange and also helped with ordering a specific product. Such a great experience.

What a cute (not so) little store! My friend brought in here and I loved it. Upon entering, the staff were warm and friendly and interactive. Great prices for a Chicago store. Nice selection of artsy stuff (postcards, stickers, notebooks etc) but their main ticket items are the t-shirts. Love how inclusive their stuff is- they send a great message. Upstairs has lots of discount stuff as well as some other odds and ends like coasters. It's a bit hard to miss so check it out!

Stopped by on small business Saturday after Thanksgiving and I easily spent 30 minutes inside checking out both levels. Not only do they have some really cute, funny, and unique shirts, but they have a bunch of other fun and quirky items. I picked up quite a few stickers and pins for friends and some hilarious baby books for my niece. Great store for gift buying!

I'm familiar with the location in Kansas City and am delighted that we have one in Chicago now! If you're looking for Midwestern humor with a snarky twist, realized on tees, mugs, magnets, postcards, shotglasses and more, this is THE PLACE. There's also a lot of timely humor since they create their own designs. There are also a lot of gay-themed designs, plus designs appealing to niche markets like teachers and librarians. Did I mention there are two floors of merchandise? Yup. And lots of clearance. So you might find an awesome tee for just 7 bucks. We got super friendly service from Alex, who was as nice as can be. Midwest at its best! Raygun will stun you with its amazing merchandise and staff!
