I use Urcinol, by Purmedica, or as I named it "Lifesaver." Urcinol is used to manage gout flare-up pain. Pain from gout is debilitatig and utterly excruciating.. I developed gout after use of a prescribed, high purine medication. Once you are afflicted, gout becomes a life-long companion. Urcinol keeps gout flare-ups at bay. No other product I tried was effective. On occasions a problem may arise regarding shipping or billing, Purmedica staff attend to my concern competently, immediately, courteously and with sensitivity. Superb and affordable product; superb company.

If you wanted a herbal supplement other than the harsh chemicals in most drugs, use Urcinol, a Purmedica product most effective for gout. It costs about $1.00 per day & it really works. I have been using it for almost 8 years with no flare-up since. I eat all kinds of seafood & meat as often as I like in modest portions & the fact that I can do so is not just wonderful but also proves that this product works, best of all without any side effects! Thanks Purmedica for your service with your prompt courier process at your end, a little bit concern of courier distribution at the receiving end. Am I suppose to pay import tax, having received notice from UPS indicating my order on hold because I am required to pay import tax. However, the purchased product has been delivered dropped in my mailbox even import tax still unpaid, meaning it wasn't put on hold after all.
