This time my mother order was fine but the first order her doctor sent it was just to much trouble and very hard to deal with orbit medical it took over 3 months to get something done with this company to the point I was ready to ask the doctor to pull the order back from orbit and send to another provider that's how much l didn't like dealing with them. But the second order it didn't take as long to get the medical equipment is why I'm giving 5 stars this time around.

I had a good experience with this company, I live 3 hours away and my father needed his own wheelchair and rollator. Basil was very understanding when I explained my situation. Went out to the nursing home, made an assessment and then listened to my requests along with my frustrations. I appreciate the help. I think it could have went better but dad has the equipment and he is happy.
