One eleven is an amazing place to live. The amenities are amazing, but it it’s the attentiveness of the staff that is exceptional. Michael Schneider, who is responsible for the front desk personnel is one such example. His friendliness and heartfelt desire to help comes shining through every day. Thank you Mike and the rest of your staff.

Great place to live if you like downtown. Mike, the head of Concierge is the man! He really takes care of the residents. His staff is great also. Moving out in a month, but after a year and a half I was glad to experience it.

I did a tour at OneEleven. Kendall is extremely nice and explains every details about each apartment. I had some preference before I took the tour, Kendall patiently show me some alternative so that I can compare. For sure, doing physical tour is so different than looking online and I learned a lot of the apartments and amenities. The building is great. The team is even better.

I had the privilege to stay here in their guest suite. The concierge staff is extremely helpful and generous. Both the office and maint were friendly and always welcoming. As well the guest suite and the views were just spectacular.

I’m obsessed with the views from our apartment! The building is incredible, the gym, yoga room, and community rooms are stellar. The staff is incredible and helpful and friendly always ( Mike you’re the best). Thank you for making this move ( we are from California) seamless. So happy to be here.

This is a wonderful building, everything is absolutely perfect. The responsiveness of the maintenance, the helpful front desk and the generous leasing. Building has beautiful views and so well maintained.I was in between this one and WPE, but you get more for your buck in 111, overall better management and you don’t have to choose between getting the river and lake/city view.I highly recommend with zero reservations.

Just wow. I've just recently moved in to this building, from out of state, and have nothing but amazing things to say about this building and apartment community during my first week here. From the moment I scheduled my tour, to signing my lease (and communication in between), and physically arriving here has been seamless. Special thanks to Austin who was AMAZING during this entire process. I met with him to tour the space, initially, and he went above and beyond in making sure every detail was thoroughly covered and happily answered all of my questions with such enthusiasm...very appreciative of the thoughtfulness and level of attention given during what should've been such a chaotic time. Also very thankful for the kind welcome gifts in my apartment upon arrival as well. Everyone here I've interacted with has been super helpful and kind. Looking forward to calling this place home after fulling settling in.

I’ve lived at One Eleven for eight months now. Living at One Eleven has been a wonderful experience. Maintenance, concierge and the leasing staff are attentive and friendly. I enjoy the beautiful views, in addition to the excellent amenities. I am appreciative and grateful for this experience so far and highly recommend checking out this 5 star community!
