North and Vine is great. The people who work here are very kind and helpful. For example, Yousuf fixed many small things in the apartment today, and he did it very quickly. I am very grateful for their prompt and efficient service.

I rarely write reviews but I have absolutely loved my experience at North + Vine so far. My move in was seamless, the building is beautiful and clean, quiet, free printing, wonderful conference rooms to work from. Could not be happier I moved in here.

I just wanted to express my gratitude and thanks for the amazing management team and staff at North & Vine apartments. Beverly is a joy to work with from the leasing and marketing team, Einard and Kaira at the front desk go out of their way to make you feel at home, and Yousef, the director of maintenance, provides first class customer service with a smile. In my last 20 years, I have not lived in a better residential building than North & Vine!

AVOID THIS PLACE. If you’re looking to rent a $3k/month apartment, you’re probably smart enough to avoid working with a leasing office desperate enough to wrongfully withhold a $450 admin fee refund.Applied here last month. N&V asked me to submit additional verification of income. I tried to get that from my employer but was unable to obtain a new offer letter within a week, at which point N&V informed me they were cancelling my application.Per the terms of the application agreement, N&V owes me a refund of my $450 admin fee. N&V’s leasing agent confirmed I was entitled to a refund if I did not qualify, but now alleges that my application “qualified” but was “incomplete” despite N&V quite literally telling me that my completed application’s contents were insufficient, and then canceling it on their own accord.Slimy behavior, but what can you really expect? Decency to the customer? Abiding by the terms of a contract? Apparently those are foreign concepts to the folks at North & Vine.Take your business elsewhere.

Just moved into a studio at N+V. Everything has been great, from apartment viewings before I decided to move in, to a seamless move-in the day off. Beverly from the leasing team worked with me and addressed the many questions I had before moving in promptly. Einard from the concierge has been a great resource both on the move-in day, and with general help thereafter. The studio I am in is well designed - the kitchen, the walk-in closet, and the bathroom are all large and the apartment overall feels very spacious - the floor to ceiling windows with great views of Lincoln Park definitely add to the spacious feel overall. Highly recommend North+Vine! 6 out of 5 stars.
