The amenities are great, and the building is particularly good for dog owners (fantastic park across the street and a dog run in the building). But what has really stood out is the staff's and management's assistance in resolving any issues that have arisen (maintenance or otherwise). Rent with confidence!

I am so impressed with Niche! Sabrina has been nothing but an absolute gem to work with when signing my lease here. Super friendly, super responsive to emails and super kind. Niche is so clean, everyone that works here is so friendly and so far it seems to be worth every penny :)
