Carol was extremely helpful. We were able to take our time and ask lots of questions. All options were provided and we were able to leave with a mattress happily. This was after looking everywhere else from macys to costco to Amazon. Don’t think twice to shop with mattress firm. They have plenty of options and the warranties are great.

My problem was that! Bought a little more than aomth ago when I got the mattress return was great just bring it back for a better one
.. none of that happened took the mattress back home I almost didn't buy the new one but wish higher price

Very clean location. Very friendly salesman who explained everything clearly and was very honest. Daniel got me the best deal - answered any of my questions. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. I had family members and friends come to this location - recommended me here, so I’m here doing the same. I was very pleased about my purchase, the delivery, and with the mattress/ base!

I was a little disappointed with mattress firm. They charge these extra "restoring fee". But Daniel was helpful in following up and scheduling delivery.
