They did a bad job - incomplete - and when I tried to address the issue with Ricardo he didn’t care at all and he clearly said to go somewhere else! He can’t admit the mistakes they made. He clearly just told me he doesn’t want my business! In my entire life had I ever encountered such a rude man; that treated their customers so rude. Obviously doesn’t care about clients??! Won’t be returning and I am telling my friend about this because he recommended me there. He had been going with them. Now they lost 2 customers $$$. So sad..

I would definitely rate this place a 1. Very bad service!! I politely tried to bring to their attention a mistake they made while printing some labels for some invitations, yet they did not do anything about it, and Ricardo said, (quoted exact same words) “Ok. Well you can go elsewhere. We no longer want your business.” Very rude!! No way anybody can do business with unprofessional people like this. I mentioned to Ricardo that what he said deserved a bad rating, and this is what he said, (quoted exact words) “Don’t forget Yelp. Oh and make sure you go into great detail.I can’t wait to read it.” Don’t waste your money on these people that don’t do their job properly and treat their customers horrible. I paid over $100 and this is what I get. Just go to Fedex. Or anywhere else besides this place.

Went to Martinez printing for the first time. The time on the window stated 9am open. However it is 916 and no one is here to service me. I am running late for work because of this. If a business can not open at the hours of operation a time change should be considered.
