I live down the block and only come here out of convenience. Produce is always lacking product.
I get awful anxiety whenever I have to go to the deli. They always have the WORST attitudes. I don't know what it is.. I try to be as friendly as possible and it's always a horrible experience with them. Sigh!

No cashiers so forced to use self checkout. Self checkout takes forever because it constantly thinks I'm stealing with reusable bags. Attendants are nice but busy, so it takes forever.

I live around the corner and go here 3-5 times a week. Most of the time it’s fine. However, on several occasions I’ve had to return expired items and spoiled meat. They are prompt with the return though.

Very convenient and good communication, and lots of food. It was surprising to see so much sushi and bento.
The cashier is very kind, and this is a very comfortable supermarket.

Be cautious of old and expired products at this location. Many reviewers have reported experiencing the same issue with old and expired products at this store.

Checkout and customer service needs to WAKE UP and not cut corners right in front of customers' faces. This location sucks.

This Mariano's has no respect for the people working in the deli. I'm a regular customer and I usually go to the deli and I'm always treated awesome by an individual there who is an awesome employee. She takes care of customers when others in the deli dept were complaining or lounging around. The other day I went as usual and I guess managers were ordering their employees on what to do in front of everyone, and I felt that was completely inappropriate. Tasks should be given away from customers and not loaded in front of customers as if they are slaves. For a store that resells and retags food when the dates are at their last should be better dealing than acting as if they are a 10 star store. It's sad that by the way I over heard them speaking to their employee they truthfully do not see who actually works and handles their duties than the ones that do not.
Mariano's needs to do a lot better. Especially for the neighborhood they are in. If not just bring back Edmars!.

this is a terrible store. They sell produce that is spoiled and milk that is past its expiration date. This happens often.
