Every time I have been to Love & Promise has been a perfect experience! After an in person try-on session several years ago, we ordered an engagement ring. Came back today to find my dream wedding band stack! Everyone is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rings are unique and beautiful- and withstand wear so well. They serviced and cleaned my ring and brought back so much shine and beauty! Excited to keep coming back!

I cannot recommend Love & Promise jewelers enough. Their customer service is above and beyond, extremely knowledgable and accommodating. From my very first correspondence to receiving my custom made ring, they made the process so easy, worry free and fun. You can truly tell they care so much about each and every piece of jewelry they make. Beyond stunning, show stopping, gorgeous! I'm already excited to purchase additional pieces from them and wouldn't think of going to any other jeweler. 10 stars!!!!!!

I bought a ring in 2021 (this is a super late review, BUT) and it was a worthwhile and pleasant experience. The ring still looks brand new, and my fiancée gets so many compliments about it (and I catch her smiling looking at it from time to time). It was worth every penny, and affordable compared to other ring places I scavenged around. BreAnne, the Design Consultant, was supportive and thoughtful, and was open to my tight budget and ideas. Thank you all so much to you and your team, I've recommended this place to others!

My fiancé got me a custom ring from here and I couldn’t be happier! It is so gorgeous and I always get compliments on it. Definitely recommend this jeweler for any occasion. The sales people are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. They made sure the ring would be a perfect fit and it was.

Fantastic! The ring I got from here was purchased through Etsy, and it's beautiful. She's still getting used to the size, but she loves it, and I do as well.
