Loro Piana is one of the last fashion brands that still tortures and kills animals for their fur. They're owned by the company LVMH, who's notoriously unethical. Anyone with basic decency shouldn't shop here until they at least announce a fur-free policy.

I had a wonderful experience at the store this evening. The entire staff was welcoming and maintained a professional yet friendly atmosphere, without any condescending attitude sometimes found at boutiques. Christopher was very patient and helpful in assisting me with finding the right birthday gift for my wife, and his courtesies went above and beyond what I have come to accept as standard in retail these days. Thank you to Christopher and the team for a pleasant experience and I look forward to seeing you again!

The place to go to purchase cashmere classics or gifts for a special family member or friend. High end brand with the items to support their reputation.

Avoid Sergio. He’s pretty condescending.

Loro Piana is an LVMH subsidiary and LVMH still sells real animal fur. I'm asking that Loro Piana publicly announce a fur-free policy. Fur is cruel to animals. As a subsidiary to LVMH, Loro Piana appears complicit in animal cruelty and shares responsibility.

Rita helped us find a “not so common” size loofers that we couldn’t find in many loro piana stores in Europe and middle east or even online. Thank you Rita for taking care of us. BTW all of other staff were kind and professional

I’ve been to many Loro Piana stores all over the world and this one the worst so far. I waited for approximately 30 min outside the store and i was the only one in line. The old lady with blonde short hair who seems to be the manager insisted to let me wear the mask properly while she left her nose uncovered. She has a rude attitude and gave me that look from head to toe. And the other lady who’s willing to helpShe said “ i like your coat, where did you get it” the attitude seems unlike of what she said. It feels like they employing employees to downgrade customers and make fun of them. To whom it may concern please educate employees on how to please customers and be “ respectful “ that’s the key to the success of the brand. I’m extremely disappointed and will never comeback again.

DAN, my salesperson is great. Takes a consultative approach to his sales, is knowledgeable, professional and never pushy. I'm sure he knows if he sends me enough pictures, sooner or later like a magnet, the clothing draws me in. I have been a Loro Piana customer in Paris (and at Neiman Marcus) for a good while. Lately with Covid, i have been checking out their stuff in Chicago. The shop is beautiful, clothing elegant and fabulous. They last for a long time and always remain beautiful. Their baby cashmere is what i recommend over anything else....well, unless you can afford the Vicuna. How do these compare to Brunello Cucinelli? Frankly I prefer Loro Piana. I think quality is better and retail pricing more reasonable/fair. Having said this, i have more than 100 pieces of Cucinelli that i do like but will be slowing down in favor of Loro Piana.

Fabrics of varying textures, colors, prints in scarves, apparel, and outerwear. Cashmere, baby cashmere, and silk/cashmere blends are all available at Piana. Denise and Tijana (sp?) are so helpful and fun to shop with. They had great fashion sense, and were able to show off the countless scarves/shawls that they thought were more my style. I am about 5mo pregnant, and the ladies brought out a 100% double stitched cashmere cape coat (Salzburg) that isn't maternity wear, but works with my smaller, prenatal frame. It is very warm, and has a controlled structure with a belt attached to cinch the waist area. If I were older, I would've snagged it. Gorgeous coat, but it's more flattering on older women, I would say. Certainly something I would/ will wear around age 50 (2 decades from now). If you're young and in need of a quality cashmere (or cashmere/silk blend) scarf, this is the store. If you're middle aged or older, this is thee store for all of your cashmere needs (coats, shawls, apparel, shoes, etc. ).

Loro Piana has been spinning wool from cashmere goats, merino sheep and Andean vicuna for generations! They have the most amazing fabrics and textures, coupled with high design and attention to detail, making for an extraordinary apparel. They have perfected the classic Italian style and everyone in the showroom is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
