I was hoping to visit Chicago for a quick girls weekend getaway. I use oxygen. 6L. I was full of hope after many phone calls that LinCare was the only oxygen company to help me. I was promised return phone calls after a check with the manager. I have medical insurance and was willing to pay the quoted out of pocket cost. After I followed up with 3 phone calls back I was told the manager decided it was "too expensive for me" and "not worth their time, as I wasn't staying in the area for 2 weeks". I am beyond disappointed!!!!!! Will not recommend to anyone.

Well, I just wanna give my experience , They were supposed to come drop off breathing machine for my grandmother, they didn’t give me no time frame on which the guy should be coming , and when he did arrive , He was not knowledgeable , sorry to say, but had a bad odor bad hygiene, So I just went to good old Google to explain it to me, which is sad bad experience…
If I could, I would give him no stars, but you have to pick one at least …

For many years I’ve had horrible sleep apnea being stubborn I did not seek help and it affected every aspect of my life negatively. I went to the doctor and he told me to get a Phillips ventilator to sleep with every night Nicole Bowie from Lincare is amazing she set the Machine up and showed me how to work it. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t had this kind of AMAZING SLEEP IN 20+ years. She really made a difference in the quality of care that I get from the company Nicole gives me courtesy visits to make sure everything is going great with the ventilator. I really appreciate her!

Worst place for CPAP and John is incompetent . I've lost money and a lot of time off work because of John. When asked for manager John stated there's no manager although another employee said John was the manager. I do believe they mess with the settings intentionally to cause you to struggle when you piss them off. They were sued for charging people insurance that weren't customers anymore and should be sued for other miss dealings soon I hope. Don't use this company !

My oxygen contractor stopped working at 12:00 midnight. I called the office and in 30,40 minutes Luis showed and brought me a brand new machine. He set everything up and was very nice and kind to me. I think he deserves a raise.♥️??

The staff are awful. They flat out lie to the customers and you are treated poorly. Do not use them for durable medical equipment.

I have worked in the health care field for 10 years and unfortunately you don't always receive the best services in regards to medical equipment. I would like to compliant louis for his professionalism every time he comes into our facility. He's kind ,compassionate, and very patient with our residents. Thank you Louis for always providing us with the best service.
