My name is Justin, and I have been living at Leftbank for a year now. Firstly, the experience has been fantastic. Very reasonable prices along with spectacular views compared to other high rises along the river. The establishment is very clean and smells like flowers throughout. The staff is also great! One person in particular who helped a ton was Janneil Adams. She quickly and effectively answered my lease renewal questions. She also helped us transition units, and it was so simple and easy to do. Would recommend for people to check this place out!

There are many things about Left Bank I thoroughly enjoy, but of the sake of brevity I’ll keep it to one. I have to give kudos to RAY, the man of many talents — and books. Not only is he pleasant, but he always put his best foot forward whenever I need have a question or help. Helping me navigate the building when I first moved in, as well as always pointing me in the right direction when I need help.Most recently he helped me with an enormous piece of furniture. Despite him needing to attend to his own duties, he helped me with procuring moving equipment, loading the furniture on to the dolly, and reserving the elevator for me.Saving me a phone call and dinner for a friend to come help me out. Also a lot of time potentially being wasted waiting, to try and figure out how I was going to get the piece into my apartment. Ray truly does make Left Bank feel not only like home, but a true community.

I absolutely loved living at Left Bank. The maintenance staff is outstanding (requests resolved sometimes within minutes) and the entire property is clean, bright, and welcoming. The views are also some of the best in the city. I took off one star because the area has felt increasingly unsafe, especially around the nearby viaducts. I have also been a resident for several years and when offered to renew my lease, was provided with a rate higher than what other similar units within Left Bank itself were posted as online. This made me feel pretty disappointed and not valued after our commitment to the building for years.

We have been residing at Leftbank over the past 2 years and it has so far been the best rental experience(renting over past 10 years).What attracted us to the leftbank community were the beautiful river views and the perfect location at the intersection of downtown and westloop which makes all the fun places accessible.However what will make you stay at this place is really the management staff. The front desk, facilities and the maintenance crew is simply phenomenal.- All maintenance requests are resolved within 24 hours in a professional manner- Gyms and other common areas are cleaned every single day- The front desk is extremely friendly and helpful in resolving packages, food deliveries etc.- When we wanted to move to a new floor plan, it was shockingly easy for us to do so- I have rarely seen such a friendly and professional staff who take pride in what they do.This place is a gem and and a definite recommend.

I have lived in several luxury apartment buildings in Chicago and this one has been the best by far! Extremely thoughtful office/team who puts on events/giveaways/resident appreciations, extremely clean building/fitness center/outdoor recreation area, and the residents are extremely respectful. Location is great, walls are soundproof, amenities are kept in excellent condition. Sad to be moving west!

I wanted to give a shout out to Wanda! We recently moved into our great apartment at Left Bank and have had to use the loading dock and service elevators numerous times (both scheduled and unscheduled times) and Wanda has always gone the extra step to make sure we got all of our moving done in a timely manner. She's great!

UTTERLY FABULOUS!I've been in Chicago for 24 years, lived in nice apartments and owned in mid/high-end condo buildings in both Streeterville and Gold Coast, but never have I had an experience like Left Bank.The initial tour was professional and courteous, it was similar to how a concierge at a Four Seasons resort engages with their incoming guests. All of the additional conversations and follow-up were prompt and thorough, they accommodated requests to visit for measurements and answered any questions I might have had leading to lease signing. The lease process was easy and the move-in was flawless.Upon entering my unit, there was a generous gift basket awaiting in the kitchen and several 'bread-crumb' treats to be found in the bathroom and laundry area...even something for my dog! (how's that for attention to detail.)The well staffed management office is beyond friendly, each of them brings a warm smile to the conversation, while the door staff, which they refer to as 'concierges', are equally friendly and beyond helpful.Stepping foot into the lobby, there's a wonderful clean scent reminiscent of a luxury hotel, the building is kept immaculately, and design is a seeming timeless elegant classic contemporary inspiration--albeit, they are currently making even further improvements to what were already beautifully appointed common areas.Bozzuto, the management group for Left Bank, delivers a luxury experience to its tenants, sans the arrogance you might find elsewhere. The guests who have already visited in my short time here have been duly impressed; I look forward to hosting more people in the years to come.If you are considering a rental in the Gold Coast, Streeterville, River North, Fulton Market or West Loop, you need to put Left Bank on the list of MUST SEE rentals....you will not be disappointed.

The place is beautiful. I’m happybut the parking lot needs to be more secure. The night before the garage door was open, I had to tell the front desk to close it. And yesterday someone stole my car from the parking lot inside the building. I’m very concern I wouldn’t like this thing to happen to another person. Please be safe walking in the parking lot because its not safe.

The management team and desk staff are amazing at what they do. Providing excellent customer service. Debbie and her team continue to prove why Left Bank is a place you can call home.

This community is run by professionals who care about the residents. You can walk in any time of the day and expect a warm greeting from the staff. Not only do they maintain the building well, the team here is dedicated to provide the best service possible. Wanda, Sandra, Benny, or anyone from the maintenance or the community office is always there to go above and beyond.
