i just called to see if my Rx was ready and the woman hung up on me. i called back to ask if she could hear me, she replied yes. and then i continued to let her know that she hung up on me. she then retracted her claim stating that she couldn't hear me. (which one is it?) so instead of communicating like an adult, she hung up?? i'm literally having an urgent care need and this isn't the first time. yesterday i came in to price the same item. and she acted as if it was an inconvenience. there was no line,it wasn't busy. the staff is usually polite,i've never seen this woman before. so she clearly doesn't work in the pick up part. most likely,in the billing or drop off section. but seriously,get your staff under control. patients deal with A LOT with access to healthcare and lack thereof.

I have been a customer here for years, and the staff treat me like an old and trusted friend. My orders are pulled and waiting every time. If you have to browse, you'll find some interesting pharmacy products on the shelf.

The best pharmacy in Chicago the staff is very friendly, professional and quick with getting you your prescriptions. The pharmacy also has delicious snacks to purchase.

I have had exemplary service with these folks for upwards of three years. They recognize me and treat all their customers kindly and with patience, and thats saying something because their client population can be challenging to deal with. And its the only place I know where you can pick up your medication and browse a selection of Ukrainian greeting cards!

Would recommend to anyone. The friendliness and empathy I received here was unlike any other pharmacy I have been to in the city- and I have been to a LOT. They actually try to help you here. It's beyond refreshing.

The staff in the pharmacy is always friendly and helpful. Because of the area, you may be approached by insistent beggars. There is close paid parking, but if you want free parking, wear shoes that are good for walking. This pharmacy does a great service to people who are not able to afford to buy insurance.

I've been to a lot of pharmacies in my day and this is the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. Save your time and go to CVS or Walgreens. The workers are extremely rude and have NO patience. I will never go here again.

One of the last remaining family owned drug stores in the Chicago metropolitan area. Joe and his son Larry offer the best customer service in this industry. They are very ethical and concerned about each customers health improving. They will not fill a prescription if any questionable concerns are raised. They work well with large social service agencies to provide expert care. They sell a solid range of health and beauty products at competitive prices. They also have both medical and psychiatry doctors on site. They sell medical supplies and home health care furniture. The best place to stay well and recover from illness. Attend!!!!

Friendly staff with the personal touch most big pharmacies do without. They are courteous and nice people; if you are rude towards them they will still try their best to be nice to you. However, they are human too.
