I would not recommend this jeweler at all. We entrusted John with an irreplaceable family heirloom that he then proceeded to lose. We gave it to him in November and did not find out until January that it was missing. It absolutely broke my heart since I have never given this piece over to anyone before, and for him to lose it was devastating to me.In addition, the only compensation we received was less than the appraised value of the piece. John refused to pay the appraisal since, according to him, "it wasn't worth that much." To me, this piece had priceless sentimental value and cannot be replaced. John runs the most disorganized, uncommunicative, and unprofessional business I have ever interacted with. Do not give this jeweler your patronage.

I'd advise everyone to stay away from this business, especially anyone who has precious family heirlooms they cannot afford to lose. After entrusting John with an irreplaceable charm that only needed a new necklace chain, he proceeded to lose it and not inform us for months. We gave it to him in November and did not find out until January that it was missing. Unfortunately offers for a replacement are not suitable since this piece had a lot of sentimental value attached to it. Beyond disappointing and absolutely devastating. This was the first time I had ever let it out of my sight and I regret it every day. In addition, the only compensation we received was less than the appraised value of the piece, since John believed it was worth much less. He refused to pay what our appraisal said it was worth. All in all, John has been incredibly unprofessional, disorganized, and uncommunicative. He will take days to respond to your inquiries, so don't hold your breath. Terrible business practices. Go spend your money elsewhere, at a jeweler who treats you well!

My family has been doing business with Erik for over 30+ years. My fiancé and I are super happy with her ring and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing your diamond ring through Erik or John. They are trustworthy and hold true to their word. Thank you for creating a dream ring for us Erik!

Buying jewelry is usually a pain because I always think I will get ripped off and don't personally know too much about diamond pricing and quality. After meeting Erik and John and experiencing their purported top-notch customer service, I can confidently say that I will never buy another diamond from someone else again. Before trying to sell me anything, John educated me about the diamond industry and the nuanced relationship between clarity, cut, color, and carat weight. I appreciated the elucidation and this process made me feel 100% confident about my purchase. Best jewelry store NA.

The team here provides an incredibly high level of service that is personalized to each client. Mr. John Rowe helped me and I do not usually write Google Reviews, but he did such a phenomenal job that I feel a great review is at the very least, warranted. I gave John my design idea and he hit it out of the park. He was patient, and delivered a product well above my already high expectation. The BEST jeweler ever. Erik and John are absolutely wonderful. My husband got my engagement ring from them and the diamond is perfect. The coordinating wedding bands are so sparkly and I just had an "idea" and Erik ran with it and designed the prettiest set. They are so easy to work with and always strive to make their customers happy. We love it!

John at Jeweler's Rowe is simply the best! I went here to get my now fiance her engagement ring (and our wedding bands). First off, she absolutely LOVES the ring! But even if it wasn't perfect, John said he would make any modifications she wants for no additional charge because making sure she loves it is his top priority! Of course we didn't need to make any modifications since the ring came out perfect, which by the way is part miracle considering all I did was give John a blurry screenshot of a ring from her Pinterest account. The first time I sat down with John it was completely educational. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything there was to know about diamonds and what to watch out for. The whole process was enjoyable and not pushy at all like some other places are. To top it off, they were the best option financially too. When I went to get it appraised, it was appraised for over 35% more than I paid! Seriously, stop looking at other places and call Jeweler's Rowe!
