I ordered a banquette that did not meet my expectations when I received the piece at home. However, after engaging with customer service and the VP (who was ADAMANT about making things right), we reached a resolution. I've got to say, I've never dealt with customer service who truly wants to make things right as much as the team at Jayson Home. Their commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you, Jayson Home, for your exemplary service.

This is the best vintage/ thrift store I've ever been to. I love that they also have little pop ups of different shops and they have great sales once in a while . Everyone that works in the store is super friendly and they are always around offering advice . The store has 3 different sections (I think ) and every little corner is full with treasures . I recommend to go early in the day and be ready to spend there a couple hours . There's a LOT to see!

We texted a perfect vintage trestle table for our vintage condo. At delivery, we learned the sad news it would not fit in our vintage freight elevator. I was devastated. Before we could notify JH of this, their delivery team notified them and our credit was processed.Over and above customer service! Phenomenal selection. We will be returning clients for life after moving here from San Francisco !

I purchased a large online order from Jayson Home and was blown away by the customer service of this store. McKenna Diggins went ABOVE AND BEYOND, dealing with the logistics of returning/exchanging a few things, no questions asked, for free. This includes a giant mirror that JH could have easily told me was final sale, or put the onus on me to figure out expensive packing, insurance and freight shipping.When other sites are using bait and switch tactics, charging 25-30% less than retail, but delivering damaged product, hitting you with NO RETURNS in very fine print, or charging excessive return and restocking fees, it's delightful to find places like Jayson Home that treat customers like family. Thank you!!!

Forever favorite home store. I have many pieces from JH and send gifts often it is well curated, lovely service, family owned, stylish and high quality. I am a former interiors stylist and always rented from here and most of the homeowners bought the borrowed goods. So perfect. Just ordered a custom piece for my husband. Love it.

Jayson Home has some of the most beautifully curated home accessories and furniture I've ever seen. I ordered a few things from their site and even the packaging was beautiful. They have super helpful customer support (backordered item). I also love their catalogue--it reads more like an art piece.

Let me start out by saying, this company has OUTSTANDING customer service. A kind employee named John, took extra time with me to help pick out a vintage vase. Since I live in Arizona, I couldn't see the vase I wanted in person, so he sent multiple photos of the vases they had in store. He also measured them for me and was friendly throughout the whole process.When the package arrived, the vase was in perfect condition and even better than I had expected!THANK YOU, Jayson Home. This was my first time ordering from you guys, and I will definitely be shopping here again. I wish every company had as good of service and care that you clearly showed. Thank you again!

Mostly great stuff, unique but somewhat over-priced. 2 of 3 people(both guys) whom I spoke with were extremely helpful and courteous. I spent about 2 hours there having a great time putting decor and design ideas together in my head. Left twice to walk the beautiful neighborhood, returned twice for a total of 3 visits over 2.5 hours. I couldn't get some of the items off my mind. This time however, when I had a final question about mirrors, I was referred to a lady that was the "expert" regarding such items. She brushed me off, stated that she noticed I had come in 3x over the last 2 hours and blew my question of rather arrogantly. I realize this is an expensive area to live, and the store is high-priced if not over-priced. Needless to say, my 3rd foray into the store that day was going to be for a purchase of 2 pieces of art and a mirror, total somewhere in the neighborhood of $2100.00. I realize this isn't a lot of money to some of the types that shop there, or maybe to the lady, but that last reaction to my 3rd visit convinced me not to spend my money there that day. Again, great stuff, somewhat over-priced, nice staff for the most part, but the haughtiness from the lady unfortunately made me decide to bail on the purchase since I couldn't get a straight answer.

I love this store! Jayson Home is filled with unique furniture and decor that you can’t find anywhere else in Chicago. The staff is friendly and clearly have expertise in the field of design. Highly recommend adding this store to your list. Fatima is exceptionally helpful!
