I guess the deals they have are reasonable for the bracelets since they are not real. The only thing Is that it is CROWDED with boxes and the air in there smells like smoke and dust.

had a great experience at this place! I needed to replace a gold chain necklace that has been too long and thin for my daily wear. they speak English, mandarin, and other languages here fluently. There were two people behind the counter and I was helped right away. When I told them what I needed they recommended 18k instead of 24k gold chains, which I had initially been looking at. They brought out many options for me to try and I found one I loved! they take all credit cards. I'll definitely come back for future jewelry needs.

My parents came into the area to visit, and we went to the store twice since we didn’t know it was closed Sunday. They bought a 20.3g gold necklace to give to family, but we realized that we got scammed. We should’ve done our research on the gold rate because we were told it was $107 per gram and thought the jewelry store seemed trustworthy enough to not try to scam and just took their word for it. We found out when we got home that it was $53 per gram. Parents leaving tomorrow and they close early so there’s no way of going back to the store, and since we paid in cash, I doubt they would’ve refunded for being caught in the act. Beware and do your research.

I've always had great service here! I needed a silver necklace for a pendant my mom gifted me and they were very patient and accommodating. They let me try on a lot of necklaces to see which one was the right fit. Definitely would recommend.

Saw a review below saying that this shop sells fakes with a photo of an oxidized silver chain, OXIDIZATION IS A NATURAL PROCESS. All sterling silver will oxidize over time and the amount of oxidation that occurs on an individual piece of jewelry depends on many factors including the habits and care of the person who wears the jewelry. Oxidation is not a manufacturer’s defect or fault. Jadeite Jewelry has been family owned and trusted for decades by locals and tourists, this store sells GENUINE fine jewelry!!

I came across this store years ago and have been going back to it ever since. This family owned business is the quintessential neighborhood jewelry store. Friendly service and pricing that makes me wonder why I even bother shopping anywhere else. The best part is I can take back my purchases at anytime for repairs or adjustments with quick turnaround times. Their English is not 100% so I recommend going into the store rather than calling or emailing as things can get lost in translation.

Super friendly staff and extremely helpful. Bought a necklace for my girlfriend and I’ve never seen her so happy. High quality and beautiful pieces. Highly recommend getting pieces from here if you want your significant other to be happy :)Would help if you have one of those silver cleaning cloths because the necklace does change colour a bit but it’s very easy to clean and it’ll look brand new
