Very unprofessional ✌?. I went up there today around 12 to get a birthday outfit done.. the sign say open 10:30-8pm.. doors was locked and the lights was off we also knocked like the sign said nor did they answer they phone the 3 times I called .

Shockingly unprofessional. I tried to give this place a shot, however the gross incompetence and miscommunication lead me to give up and walk away from a $30 deposit, yes, it's THAT bad. Please, please do yourself and your expectations a favor and drive past this place.

I had a jacket that I paid $30 to have my name embroidered on the front and my logo printed on the back. His employee took the order wrong and didn't double check the order by I left to make everything was correct how I wanted. It took a week to get the jacket back and he burned the back of the jacket and printed my nickname on the front and blamed me the customer when I came back to pick my jacket up. I told him that my jacket was wrong and was ugly and I wasn't going to wear it and he took the jacket and tried to fix the embroidery on the front but the printed letters wouldn't come off and he took another week to get my jacket done. When I went to pick the jacket up it was all messed up on the front and back and he won't return my money back for my jacket that he messed up by not double checking the order. I've been getting clothes embroidered for 40 years and this is the second time I've ever had any orders messed up and both times It was him. Don't do business with him. He and his staff aren't competent in any way, shape or form. And they was arguing with me after I got off work and ruined my day like them messing up was my fault.
