I been comming here for the last 12 years and I NEVER had any problems with my tax returns til now my Tax specialist Michael Bakanas was terrible he made several mistakes I had to return several times cause I found that I wad getting more on my State return than he forgot to get my signature ND I'm still have to wait for my return

I went last year and worked with Faith. I was not told the cost until the very end after my federal was filed and it was way more than I was expecting but had no choice since it was already filed. Then later on I found out when I never got my state return that it was actually never even filed. To add to the top of it this year while trying to do my taxes it has become a headache because the IRS is saying my information I have doesn’t match what they received last year. Overall the office may be fine but working with Faith has just caused me problems
