The worst medical supply store ever. Promised to ship an item ordered by a doctor within 7days and now on the 3rd week and nothing has showed up yet.
Gave them a call and was told the order wasn't on their system.

Rating this business 5 Star for one important reason: in-store customer service was OUTSTANDING on Oct. 28, 2022... saleswoman gave my brother 'stellar' customer service, of course, we had gotten there shortly after opening. My brother can be quite rude at times b/c he's having back surgery and is nervous, this saleswoman, Nancy (I think that's her name) remained professional and her patience and tone of voice was so kind, she saw difficulty in my brother and she guided him on essential supplies needed...her calmness as she reassured him it'd be ok was refreshing to see as well as seeing her 'caring' of people stressed about surgery...nowadays, service like this is almost obsolete and RARE. God bless you Ms. Nancy!...I will definitely recommend this business!.

It's a shop that helps customers with seniors, caregivers. If you need a walking cane, smocks, Diabetes socks, walkers, stools for the shower. Well, my Doctor sent me here to price check their specific knee-hi's for various veins. And these are practical and pricey. So, I kept checking other Drug Stores to compare. Nice clean store you can see the item's that you might need.

If I could post -* I would.Dawn has had a prescription/order from my doctor for a battery operated nebulizer for TWO WEEKS and STILL HAS NOT filled the order. I have called multiple times and she just cannot be bothered to take care of this IMPORTANT order for me. Total B**ch.
