Came in to only get beer. Cashier was drinking soda. He charged me for two soda cans that he drank. Walk the extra distance to another store.

They told me to insert my credit card twice for a transaction because "it didn't go through on their end." Not to any surprise, I ended up with two charges on my card for one order. The shady part was, when I went back to get the refund for the extra charge, the owner was super dismissive and roughly told me that "this is the end of this" when he I swiped my card to get the money back.I still have yet to receive an actual refund and I am never spending my money here again.I would recommend going to the nearby liquor store on Clark, it's a short walk and they actually care about serving their customers. Hollywood spirits doesn't have the slightest idea what customer service means.

Just moved to the area and I'd love to keep going to this place as its the nearest corner store and the selection seems decent, but their mask use is deplorable.We're still mid-Covid and there are laws about this but they don't much apply here. Employees have a mask on less than half the time. Maskless customers aren't stopped or corrected either.A really d*** way to lose business right now, ya'll.

What part of the city’s mask mandate states the store clerk doesn’t have to wear a mask? It’s not just one particular person here either. Repeatedly over and over again none of the guys working have a mask on when I come in, or can even be bothered to put one on when a customer enters the store. Unless you want Covid with your bottle of wine, save yourself the walk and order it from some app or delivery service. The price is pretty much the same.

I went to this store around 2pm. The person left the store with a sign saying he will be back in 15-20 min. I waoted 45 minutes and he still wasnt back. This is annoying. Plus 6-7 more people came to wait and left as well. Thats poor business
