This place was completely unprofessional. No greeting or no help and very rude even cursed at us for sitting and testing out a couch. Complete trash. Save your time and money.

Was trying to buy furniture and was completely berated and verbally attacked at the door by the two owners as well as physically assaulted by their sister. She said it was an accident but instead of apologizing I was attacked. After the police showed up, their sister admitted that they have anger problems so I would not recommend going as the owners seem emotionally unstable and unprofessional. Not a safe environment for women, especially women of color.

Came in, there was one salesman sleeping on a sofa, maskless. A cleaning person was the only person who spoke to me, the salesman was either too deep asleep or pretended not to hear us having a conversation. Disappointing, will not come back. Sunday October 3, 12:30

I was about to stop by to shop around for my new place, but saw the owners aggressively arguing with a black woman, and that was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. -1 star if it could go that low.

Awesome guys, I walked in and picked out a dining room table and asked if they could deliver it same day. It was delivered before I even got back to my house, very nice and helpful delivery guy as well offered to set it up. Highly recommended!

I'm a returning customer. I bought my bedroom & living room furniture there. I'm returning to buy a new couch. The people there are nice and helpful and the delivery guys setup and put your furniture where you want it. I've recommended Hi-Style to my daughter when she want new furniture. I think there awesome!

Such a good experience buying my new couch. Theres tons of inventory to choose from, nobody follows or pressures you to buy. I always prefer when possible to buy from private stores not big box stores where you mean nothing to them. I found the perfect couch for myself, super stylish, no headaches or hassles, quick delivery. I mean like super quick.The delivery guys were really awesome. They were careful putting my couch together and making sure it was where i wanted it. I will absolutely be coming back in for a dresser and end tables! Highly recommend!!!?

Mean, heartless staff run this establishment. I walked in the door to check out this store, and immediately got rude energy from a male staff member, possibly owner. I said I wanted to look around, for I've never been inside. My friend told me about this place, and I'm specifically looking for a dresser for my baby's nursery. Yes, that's right, I'm pregnant. Later on I walk around the store to observe the cool products they have. My mom buys antique furniture, and I wanted to show her the couches they offer. Planned on being a paying customer here. However, to be humiliated and shouted at for taking a couple pictures is beyond me. This man out of nowhere starts shouting at me, scaring me and raising my heart rate. I'm a young, pregnant woman looking for furniture, not bothering anyone. I later sobbed in the street. They disrespect their only customer in the entire store. I do not find unpleasant, cruel staff deserving of the public's hard working money. Lost me as a customer, my friend as a customer, and hopefully others. There is a way to speak to people, and that is not a way.

We are giving 5 stars mostly because of the good quality of the product but also because of the workers who delivered our kitchen table and 6 chairs were in and out in about 10 minutes (including set up of the table!). They were extremely friendly and hard-working!

Was supposed to get an end table. Received damaged said they would give me another one had yet to receive it and I paid cash. Will never shop there again. I mean that. I think I was being generous giving them 1 star.

Great prices and no pushy salespeople. Ask for Majid. If you don't find what you are looking for in store, he can order anything you like. I went to a ton of furniture stores before deciding on this one. They are honest and easy to work with. It's a family owned business since the 70s.
